I’ve been a loyal customer of UPSWING for years. I started taking it a few years ago, and it was incredibly effective. After a night of partying and drinking a lot, all I had to do was take two UPSWING before bed, and I’d sleep like a baby. Take two capsules of Upswing just before drinking. If required, take an additional two capsules before bed. Remember, Upswing is not a miracle cure! You must always drink responsibly and consume plenty of water before bed.

L-CYSTEINE (1100MG): A naturally-occurring amino acid that helps the body metabolise acetaldehyde, which is the toxic by-product of alcohol consumption. L-Cysteine is the main ingredient in Upswing’s formulation.

VITAMIN C (160MG): Evidence shows that absorbing Vitamin C in combination with L-Cysteine creates powerful synergistic effects, further accelerating the breakdown of alcohol toxicity.

VITAMIN B1 (2.4MG): Drinking alcohol has been shown to reduce Vitamin B1 absorption. Deficiencies in B1 trigger irritability and anxiety, so supplementation before and after drinking is necessary.
